The capacity of the Starch upgraded to150 TPD from 100 TPD of Maize and Liquid Glucose 40 TPD from 20 TPD successfully by us. We achieved the Pharma and Food grade Starch supplied to the clients with no complaints.

Along with Liquid Glucose project, the entire new Starch project of 150 TPD of Maize processing was completed in all aspects (design, erection and commissioning) for Vensa Biotek Ltd, at Samalkot, Andhra Pradesh, 1991- 1993, as Project & Production Manager for 2 Years. | | | Designed a Project for 150 TPD of Corn to Starch and then 50 TPD of Starch to Liquid Glucose for WATER FORD Ltd, LAGOS, NIGERIA, 1993-1994, as a Factory Manager for 1 Year. But as per the management decision completed only 25 TPD of Corn to Starch in all respects (technical know how). We have redesigned the earlier Cassava unit to Maize processing. We adjusted the most of the machinery in redesigned and some we purchased,
erected, commissioned & successfully achieved the results.

We did Corn to Starch and Starch to Liquid Glucose, Dextrin, and Malto-dextrin process expansion. We have redesigned the total plant and added some more modern equipments like Fiber washing system, Steep Liquor evaporation, Germ dryers 3 numbers, Germ separation Cyclones, Starch slurry De-Watering centrifuges, Starch dryer, almost all total plant redesigned in the earlier buildings & by adding a small one Germ oil mills shed, erection and commissioning of the same successfully from 70 TPD to140 TPD of Maize. |
| | | In 1995 May We went to Nepal to rectify the troubles while commissioning on the Invitation of the Management of AGRO NEPAL LTD. The technical
Know how was supplied by others and could not succeed. Finally we stayed there for a week and done miner modifications & succeed in commissioning the both 100 TPD of Maize to Starch & 20 TPD of Liquid Glucose projects.
We got very reputation as well as reward for the results.

Manpower as well as water as bottled up process by recycling the maximum process water & reduced the load to E.T.P. Critical equipment is from DORR-OLIVER. We did so many other modifications comparing to the other units.

| | | As consultant we have designed a 150 TPD Corn (Maize to Starch and 25 TPD of Liquid Glucose projects for DEVI CORN PRODUCTS Ltd, A.P, INDIA. The Starch project is successfully completed and commissioned well and is performing with very good results (since September 2002). We designed this project in such way very modern and in a lesser space than any other unit in India. Total Plant was done with only Indian Technology & Equipment, which is designed by us. The cost of the project is very lower side than any other project in India as well as from other countries. All the existing organizations are surprising for this achievement and we received very good appraisal from them. The same time some new enterprenurers consulting us for the planning of same type of unit. |

The project was designed and Technical know how services completely supplied us i.e. S.S.STARCH CONSULTANCY. This plant and other same type of projects were done by us are only with Indian Equipments, which performing very well. These plants are modern and cancelled (closed) process system to meet the GMF, comparing with the old conventional methods and plants. |
